This department is designed to assist the Pastors and parents in the training and spiritual development of young people in the church. The Youth Department consists of:
- Children’s Ministry- This is an exciting time for all children ages 3-11 to learn about the bible through monthly meetings, special programs, projects, and activities designed just for them.
- Youth Ministry- Older youth ages 12-18 learn how to be individuals of good character through practical teachings. Monthly meetings, special services and events are held on a regular basis. Annual activities include Revivals, Conferences, Retreats, Outings, etc.
Music Ministry
One of the great highlights of the Circle of Faith Ministries worship services is the Music Ministry. This ministry consists of the Praise Team, Musicians, Adult Choir, Youth Choir, & Men’s Choir. Music selections are chosen by the Music Minister under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
Sunday School Department
Circle of Faith Ministries is serious about motivating and equipping Christians for journey ahead. The Sunday School Department consists of officers and teachers who aid in the training and development of its members. It serves as a strong supporter of the teaching of the Word of God. Classes are divided into various groups where the Bible is taught in an age-appropriate manner.
Singles Ministry
The Singles Ministry is geared towards all adult members and guests who are not married. Biblical teachings on how to live "Saved and Single" are the focus of the ministry. Singles are also taught how to enjoy this season of life and to glorify God in everything they do. A combination of meetings and Christian outings are held on a monthly basis.
Married Couples Ministry
The Married Couples Ministry is for all couples who have been united together in Holy Matrimony. It is geared towards building and maintaining healthy relationships between married couples. Monthly seminars are held at COFM where biblical teachings are facilitated by our Pastors. "Married Couples Night Out" outings are also held on a quarterly basis. Those who are interested in finding out what to do to make their marriage work are welcome to attend.
Evangelistic Outreach
This ministry is open to all members who have a passion for souls. In order to accomplish the goal of winning souls into the kingdom of God there are several extensions of this ministry:
- Nursing Home Ministry- This group goes out at least once a month to evangelize and minister at the nursing home. It consists of a leader and team members who are passionate about ministering to the nursing home residents and families.
- Outreach Ministry- The purpose of this ministry is to reach out and encourage those who are sick and shut-in, and to stay in contact with those who have temporarily moved away. The duties of this ministry consist of visiting and calling the sick and shut in, providing sermon tapes, and assessing special needs.
- Intercessory Prayer Ministry- This ministry meets once a week for prayer on behalf of others. All members are welcome to attend as well as bring special prayer requests.
Sisters In Christ
The purpose of this ministry is to help train, lift, motivate and direct young ladies ages 13-17. The aim is to teach the young ladies to walk in integrity, high self-value, respect and love.
- Dance Team- This is an extension of the Sisters in Christ and is geared towards teaching dance techniques to girls ages 5-17. It is a form of outreach to our youth as they are taught godly principles while physically expressing themselves through dance.
Deaf Ministry
Our Ministry features a Sign Language interpreter who is available for weekly services and special events. This individual is available to interpret the prayers, songs, announcements and sermons through the use of American Sign Language or Transliterating.
Women of Strength
This ministry serves as a link among the sisterhood, aiding in developing women to become strong in the Lord. It is designed to nurture and encourage women through the teaching of the Word of God. Monthly meetings, activities, and special programs are held throughout the year.
Men of Faith
This ministry aids in developing men to become strong in the Lord. It is designed to teach and train men how to be become godly leaders in the home, church, job, etc. Monthly meetings, activities, and special programs are held throughout the year.
Boyz 2 Men
This ministry is to train, motivate and mentor young men ages 12-17. It aids in providing a strong foundation of godly principles necessary for maturity and growth.
