What We Believe

Vision

In looking at society and the Church, we see a lot of lukewarm, hurting, and sick people. People that are uneducated to the Word of God. Hosea 4:6 says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…”

The Vision of the Circle of Faith Ministries is to teach God’s people with wisdom and understanding. We believe that once the Word has been taught, men will be set free. “And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many” (Matt. 24:4,5)

We believe, that you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. If Jesus shall make you free, you shall be free indeed, (John 8:32,36). Therefore, by your freedom and the anointing in your life, others will be drawn to Christ.

Church Beliefs

We Believe - That Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried. After three (3) days,   He arose from the dead, ascended into heaven and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father. We Believe - In the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and the baptism of the Holy Ghost, with the evidence of speaking in tongues. (Acts 2:3-4, Acts 10:45, I Cor. 12:28)

We Believe - That the Bible is the “inspired” Word of God. We believe that “Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God”. (St. John 1:2, Rom. 10:17)

We Believe - That God is an eternal, omnipresent, all powerful God in three persons: namely the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. (Gen. 1:1. I John 5:7, St. John 13:14)

We Believe - In divine healing, that Jesus is the Healer, and that by His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5)

We Believe - In tithes and offerings brought into the Church. This is God’s financial  plan to provide for His work and has been since the days of Abraham - giving alms, caring for the sick, homeless, and the needy. (Malachi 3:8- 10, Matt 23:23, Gen 14:17-20)

We Believe - In water baptism in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost with the authority invested in the name of Jesus. (Matt. 8:18-20)

We Believe - In the Lord’s Supper (Communion), a Holy Ordinance instituted as a means to commemorate Christ’s unselfish act of sacrifice on the cross of Calvary. (Luke 22:19, I Cor. 11:24-26)
